Hi, I’m Dominique, founder of Align Wellness Studios.
I believe wellness isn’t about fixing yourself or striving to become someone new, it’s about learning how to listen to your body, care for your nervous system, and reconnect with who you are beneath stress, expectations, and survival mode.
My journey into yoga and mindfulness was shaped by a lifetime of health challenges and several traumatic experiences that left me feeling disconnected from my body and myself. For many years, I pushed through discomfort, ignored my needs, and lived in a constant state of doing, because that’s what survival required.
Through yoga, meditation, and mindful movement, I learned how to slow down, rebuild trust with my body, and approach myself with compassion instead of criticism. These practices didn’t erase my past, but they gave me practical tools to feel safer, stronger, and more at home in my own skin.
Align Wellness Studios was created as a space where healing is realistic, accessible, and deeply human. My mission is to help others cultivate self-love, resilience, and balance through yoga, mindfulness, and embodied practices that meet you exactly where you are.
My approach honors the truth that wellness looks different for everyone. Whether you’re seeking grounding, strength, rest, or simply a moment to breathe, Align is an invitation to move with intention, reconnect with yourself, and build a relationship with your body rooted in respect and care.
You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or “good” at yoga to belong here.
You just need to show up as you are.

We’re so glad you’re here.
ALIGN is an intentional space where you can move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re looking to build strength, reduce stress, improve mobility, or simply slow down for an hour, you are welcome here.
You will find supportive and encouraging instruction without pressure or judgment. Our small classes create space to feel seen, ask questions, and move with confidence.
Thoughtful movement and a slower pace allow you to build strength, improve mobility, and leave feeling more grounded than when you arrived.
There is no “right way” to be here. Showing up is enough.
